You may close your pp9999 Account at any time by contacting customer support via the live chat facility. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no breach of these Terms is under investigation.
Upon termination of your Account, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any Bonus Balance in your Account at the time of termination will be forfeited.
